After some on again off again planning due to restrictions, Jacqui and Pete were finally able to tie the knot.
I woke that morning to a pretty good amount of rain and immediately thought of the wedding day ahead and thought about a wet weather plan.
Well halfway through the ceremony the rain did come. As much as Pete tried to hide Jacqui under his hat, it just wasn’t enough and the best man came to the rescue.
Luckily we had a wet weather option right next door and the ever professional Michael Pratt made the call to move the ceremony into the grandstand.
A few minutes later…. BAM! A well-presented group photo! Good job Michael!
The rain didn’t hang around for too long and we were able to take a quick tour of the venue for some fun shots before the festivities at the reception.
It was a well-planned day, but that’s what you should expect from someone who is as organized as much as Jacqui and Melanie James.
Congratulations to you both, it turned out to be a great day!
